What helped me was relaxation, time, AND the Conception vitamins from EU Natural. They do sell on Amazon as well. Both my husband and I took them, as they have guy and girl ones. Took a few months to get detoxed from birth control, and for husbands sperm to get up to par after a couple sperm cycles, but it finally happened.
