Please give me advice.

It’s going to be long but please bare with me as I really don’t know what to do. On 5/28 I had a D&C for a MMC. (3 sacs, none of which developed into a baby)

Period 6/14 (didn’t ovulate this month)

Period 7/14 (ovulated (not sure when but prog on 8/4 was 13.5 confirming ovulation at some point))

My next period was due yesterday 8/11 but nothing. I’ve tested twice (yesterday and today) the lines are the same and not progressing. I had a negative test 8/8. This happened also during my first cycle after the mc. Is it possible I had chemical pregnancies both times? Is it possible I ovulated late this month and maybe I’m still early for progression and/or just pushed my period back?

My fiancé thinks I should find a new doctor and have them thoroughly check everything out being that its been 3 months since my surgery.

*note- my doctor apparently only saw one sac the first US and then the US tech the following week saw three. My doctor also never mentioned anything about me having a retroverted uterus (I found this out at the ER 2 weeks after my surgery) and I’ve been talking back and forth with her ever since and she said to give it time and if it takes more than 3 months then we’ll do another D&C (but my blood levels are already at 0??? Just not my urine)

I’m just so confused on what’s going on with my body. Please give me advice.
