Negative at 11 dpo and positive later?

My af is due tomorrow at 12 dpo. I tested today at 11 dpo and got a bfn. Do I still stand a chance?

12DPO sounds like a very short luteal phase, are you sure you didn’t ovulate 2 days before you think you did? Luteal phases are usually 14-15days, very rarely are they shorter or longer. Are you using opks to predict ovulation? Don’t trust an app to tell you what your hormones are doing inside your body.
