Trying to learn how to cook!  My poor husband Lol.  Please someone give me a healthy and simple dinner recipe!!   Thank you so much!

I just made one of my favorites - taco stuffed sweet potatoes. It’s exactly like what it sounds. I recommend getting Pinterest! That’s where i get all of my recipes. But I use ground turkey instead of beef (less greasy and fatty and tastes so much better in my opinion). I also use a taco seasoning packet but a healthier option is using cumin, salt, pepper, and maybe chili powder. Then just bake your sweet potatoes, then stuff then with the meat and any toppings you love on your taco! It sounds weird but I like them better than tacos now!
