Can I get advice about ending my relationship? My bf and I met at work and we’ve been dating for about 2.5 years. I love him dearly but we just don’t have the same long term goals for our relationship. I never imagined I would still be at my job at this point in my life let alone that I would have moved up to being a department manager. He is moving up into upper management as well and both of us have been very valuable to our work. I want to end things in our relationship but I am almost certain that when I do, he will end up quitting. I know that this will hurt our team at work because we are already working OT with Covid and losing someone so strong at work will only make things more miserable. I don’t know how to end the relationship without making work harder for everyone. Any advice would be helpful.
