Conceiving tips! (TTC#1 at 19 ♥️)
When I first got on this app I cringed as I saw how many women 30+ were bashing and being bitter to young women our age asking for advice and tips on conceiving or dealing with a loss. It made me sad that these girls wanted guidance and older women just ignored them, assuming they aren’t worth the time..
All of you girls in this group are worth the time! If you feel in your heart that YOU are prepared to bring a life into this world, do just that. I’m only 19 years old, I am a Stocks Trader 💰, have my own house, own car, pay my own bills, and I have a boyfriend I soon plan on marrying & we live together 💕. I’ve been on my own for almost 2 years.
This year I accidentally got pregnant. Been on birth control since I was 15 to regulate my period and got off immediately as soon as I moved out after my high school graduation because I didn’t want those chemicals in my body. Took my body a year for me to have a baby, and the moment I found out on 8/4/2020 in my bathroom, I had a miscarriage 💔 it broke my heart but for so long I thought I couldn’t have any and that gave me a sign that I could!
Since it was an early miscarriage and I’ve recently stopped bleeding, I can now try again if I want, and I want to share MY tips with you guys:
-DRINK WATERRRRRRRR (chill on the sodas) 🤮
-Research Cassava Twins on Amazon (helps with regulating cycles AND conceiving a baby or even Twins)
-Ever tried a certain sex position and it made you jump damn near out the bed? 🤣 That’s because he’s very close to your cervix and is bumping it a little. Tell them to take it easy & keep doing that certain position & it will give you a boost at conceiving. (Mine is doggy style. You can get pregnant in any moves, but since my cervix is going in a downward position, that’s what works for me. You can do more research about this on google or YouTube.)
-Have sex every other day during ovulation window, then when you’re 3 days away from the big day, have sex those 3 days STRAIGHT.
-Buy an ovulation kit this is a MUST 😣🙏🏽
-Take NATURAL prenatals and multivitamins (just works better)
-Use PreSeed or sperm friendly lube
-Orgasms 🙂, have plenty of them during the sex. They soften the cervix and allow easy passage.
Achieve your health goals from period to parenting.
