Months I’ve had a full heavy period every other month. I’ve had issues with anaemia in the past and I’m really worried, it’s making me Exhausted and I don’t know if this is normal!!

Has anyone else experienced this?? I’m thinking I might go to the doctors and go on the pill .. please help 😩
