PP Belly Band?

I wasn't given a belly band in the hospital and it was never mentioned by my OB. I had internal bleeding that turned into a pretty big hemotoma anyway, so I was scared.

But, I'm almost 5 weeks pp, and I want to get a band. I have this overhanging skin, over my incision and hips, even though I've lost all the pregnancy weight.

Also, I'd love help with my lower back/hip/pelvic pain while I'm waiting to be cleared to work out again.

Is it too late to start? I'll be almost 6 weeks before I'd even get it.

What is a good one that I could get from Amazon for less than $50?
