Bed bugs or what????

It makes me feel like a terrible parent they are all over his body I don’t know if they are bedbugs I noticed them this morning my husband thinks it’s from when he was playing outside a lot yesterday but I only noticed them this morning does anyone know what they look like? And what I could do for them?￼

Looks like mosquito bites. Bed bugs are typically 3 in a semi-linear row (they call it breakfast, lunch, dinner bites). Some kiddos react more with insect bites (the redness) than others

Bed bug bites tend to come in clusters of three and tend to be itchier and last longer than regular bug bites.
I know this from personal experience when (years ago) my pos abusive ex brought an old mattress into our apt and started an infestation. 
I would wake up with 3 bites in a tight cluster, or more often, in a short line, like the a-holes were having breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They'd itch for like a week sometimes.
If there's no clusters (which from the pic it doesn't seem like there are), and they go away/fade after a couple days, they are likely not bedbug bites.
