i just got a menstrual cup from the company “Sustain Natural” they do not sell menstrual cup cleaners, does anyone know any natural, non-toxic, safe menstrual cup cleaners?

My friend uses hot water when cleaning it (in and out of uses) and boils it on the stove to clean it! And don’t mind the tag it made me use one lol
