Help.

So my period is 3 days late according to multiple apps.. I got a blood test last Friday (August 7) saying I wasn’t pregnant. Idk if my cycle is severely off or what could be happening but I feel like these are positive (very faint though) and not an indent.. so idk what’s going on with me. Tell me I’m crazy or do you see it too? Also this is not first morning pee
