I’m underweight (54kg at 22 AFTER baby)

Everyone has began to comment on how small I am now, I went through a stage of feeling GREAT but now I’ve noticed I’ve stayed on 54kg for a while, I’ve lost my bum totally

I had a c section a year ago and still have absolutely no core strength pushing a food trolley is hard work (I know it sounds silly)

Ive sorted a PT who is a family friend and says they’ll train me for free to help me get back on track

But what should I be eating to gain muscle, I obviously want to weigh more but I don’t want to gain loads of excess fat🙈

I have absolutely no clue on this kind of thing

I know I’m starting PT but I’ve downloaded loads of pp work out apps, but loads of them are to lost weight how to you actually put it on the right way??????
