I am going through the divorce process and just got a new job. We should be divorced by dec...any advice or similar experiences with filing as married filing separate? Also, if you got child support, did your spouse get to claim them? My paralegal said he claims one every year and the other on even years that leaves me claiming one child every other year. She explained & it’s still weird to me. I am seeking an act to overlook the decree but whatevs to try here with you all as well. Thanks in advance.
