Could I get pregnant by missing a couple days of the pill?

I was out of state helping my parents since one just had surgery. I was with my fiance for a couple of days.

My luggage got lost, with my Sprintec birth control pills in it..

I am at home right now. I had 1.5 weeks left of my birth control pills left. They are sending my bag back tomorrow with 1 day shipping, and they said it should be here late afternoon to early evening on Tuesday.

I would be missing 2 days of birth control. I take it at 6am in the morning, everyday.

I could pick up it up, but insurance won't put my birth control through so I would have to pay for it. I could also pick up Plan B.

I have no problem paying for it.

But do I really need it? My fiance and I had sex on Friday (unprotected, but with the birth control pill).

I know the sperm could live in me for 3 to 5 days, but is that an issue if you don't usually ovulate on Sprintec.?

Is there anyway I could get pregnant?
