Posting this here to help you ladies trying to navigate through OPKs. I started testing at 10DPO and didn’t stop until one week after my ovulation. I also take my bbt and it was very clear I had ovulated by my chart so stopped 7 days after my last positive OPK. Note my LH surge lasted a day and a half, so my last positive is the one that counts. That’s your body trying to ovulate and it won’t stop surging until it does.
