What should I make with purple potatoes for my blog?
I'm not sure what would be the most interesting dish to make with purple Japanese sweet potatoes which have purple flesh?
I've made all of these dishes with them before except chips, but I've made baked chips with other types of potato.
I could make baked beet chips too, to make it colorful 🤔
