Castor oil 😬

So I had an appointment today. I actually refused a pelvic I feel like the doctor would have told me there was no effacement or dialation So I didn't want to get my hopes up or down I'll just let my time be when it comes naturally. But I did ask what I can to to jump start it he suggested castor oil but I'm kind of iffy about seen a lot of mixed experiences I just want to avoid being induced though just want an insight of you ladies in this group. I will be 40 weeks on Friday so I still have time. He also suggested chamomile tea but I would have to see how much to drink since it's not a legit way lol he said I can combine the two I can be his test subject. Lol
