So I’m wondering if I ovulated??.... on August 13th around 12:30am I went to lay down and go to sleep when I got this deep cramping that felt like it went from my left side to my back out of nowhere and it last for 1-2 minutes before going away and then I was fine after that. Then later that day when I was at work it felt like I would get little twinges here and there like how it feels after doing a lot of sit ups or ab workouts and I haven’t done any of that. I’ve never felt something like this before and it didn’t hurt just caught me by surprise. I have dealt with ovarian cysts in the past and this didn’t feel anything like that. I don’t have money for opks and my periods are irregular. So I don’t always go by what the app says when I ovulate but I do use it as like a guide. Which is why I’m curious as it if anyways has felt this around ovulation??
