What are some things everyone has read or done to naturally induce labor. I’m almost 37 weeks and today at my appointment my dr said she wouldn’t let me go past 39 weeks without inducing me. I want to avoid a medical induction at all costs cause of the higher rate of c-section. I am absolutely petrified by the thought of a c-section (although at the end of the day i will do whatever is necessary to get Baby here safely just trying to avoid it) what should I try and when should I start?? Ps I will not be trying castor oil because the chances of baby having her first BM in utero is not something I’m willing to risk.
