I have the copper IUD and for the past 2 weeks, I have been spotting. But 2-3 weeks ago, my IUD moved and I started bleeding out of nowhere (2 days after period) and it looked exactly like this. I got it replaced and had no issues except back pain and slight cramps no pelvic pain.

Is this my period or do you think the IUD moved? Af is 4 days away and this bleeding has been on and off today- not consistent. I don't know if my cycle changed after the replacement.
