Pregnancy symptoms 8 weeks, 5 days

Hello all. Hope you are all having a good week. I’m having a hard time the last few days.. I had the best day last Thursday when i heard my babies heart beat.. but I had nausea the night and day before sono so I felt so confident. Since then, I’ve had pretty much no symptoms other than gas and sore boobs(barely). I also have a small cold that won’t go away so I’ve had woken one Tylenol extra strength for a headache one night and a total of 2 Benadryl days apart. I Don’t like to take meds but absolutely had to I felt so bad. So now I’m Nervous I shouldn’t have even though my nurse said it was fine..I’ve been trying to keep my mind off of things but it’s so hard. I hate feeling this way and so angry that infertility has robbed me of this joyous time.
