Sore finger/nail

What’s going on with my nail? It’s been like this for ages, tried steroid creams, moisturising creams and nothing has worked. I have eczema on this hand and it flares up quite a bit but that’s better at the moment but the nail isn’t. What is it and what can I do for it? I have hit my nail at all for it to become like this it’s just happened since I’ve had my hand eczema.
