I shower my regular once a day. I use tampons so I’m not like bleeding all over myself.

I shower everytime I want to change my pad/tampon. If I'm out then I'll change, but shower the second I get home and put a new product in. I would feel horrible if I didn't.

I shower every other day and rinse it with water no soap except outside gets soap. I use wipes not toilet paper in bathroom usually on period
