Advice??

I just finished my period like a few days ago. My inner thigh & nipples gets itchy once in a while. Its not that "omg i cant stop scratching" type of itchy.

Ive had a heavy period 2-3 days then medium on the 4th & 5th, it was heavy that I had some blood stains on my bed lmao so I'm not pregnant.

I just want to ask if its normal? The weather has been rainy lately and I havent been going out like for months now 🙂 Do I apply lotion or what?
