Is my period coming

I’m having all the PMS symptoms. Sore breast, cramping and tmi a lot of bowel movement (taking the #2). On Monday night I started spotting it was bright red. It wasn’t a one wipe and light blood it was a couple wipes and I thought my period was coming and the next day nothing till this day no period. I am cramping. My period is not late. The app said it should start today but you know sometimes the app can be wrong.

Is this normal?
