We didn’t actively try but we were super careful until after I had another period after our loss. Recommended from my OBGYN.

My midwife told me it is cycle day one. She also told me she’s delivered many babies that came two weeks after a loss. Don’t lose hope. I had one cycle after loss and am in my 6th week of pregnancy now

That’s what I figured. I’ve had 2 miscarriages and I counted the day I started bleeding as day 1
