am i ready to say i love you yet

so i started dating this guy two weeks ago and we both started having feelings for each other a week before that. my main concern is that it's too early and that i'll scare him, but everything else feels so right. we're always on the same page about things and i never feel uncomfortable around him. we've both embarrassed ourselves in front of each other countless times and we can just laugh about it without agonizing over it (which is huge for me as someone with social anxiety). i know his family really well because his younger brother is one of my best friends and my family loves him too. we've both been abused in the past and are relearning what a healthy relationship is like with each other. i know that he cares really deeply about me too and everytime we hold each other we just don't want to ever let go. i've never gotten butterflies around him either, i just feel really warm and safe.
