Two positive followed by 4Neg?

Should I be worried that Iv only gotten negatives since this picture? I would only be 3wks 5days pregnant.

Couple things could be happening, you could have had a chemical pregnancy I.e. a pregnancy not continuing not long after implantation. 
Also if you’re only 3 weeks, and testing negative on a digital - hormones could be still low as it’s early. But if you’re testing on FRER and you’ve gone from that positive to blank I’d say it’s a chemical. 
Probably best to wait until AF is due and test then to confirm.
