Hey Girls, I have a question

On the 15th I had a sex and my partner ended up cuming in me usually he doesn’t and since 19th or the 20th I stared to have very very sore boobs to the point where they are so big they literally don’t fit in my bra and you can see the veins😩on top of that I had cramps on my left hand side and from time to time I feel sick like now I don’t have cramps but I still feel sick after I eat or something like that

I’m not sure if that’s the pregnancy signs or I’m just being paranoid 🤦🏻‍♀️
