am i in the wrong?

awhile back in may i found out my boyfriend would flirt with girls on social media behind my back. in my pov i count that as cheating, it was compliments (which are fine at a certain point) but then he txted this girl saying “ur boobs looked good today” and later txted her “sorry i was high” i confronted him about it and we argued and even to this day ill get upset recollected on what he did. but he agreed he would deleted social media and stop smoking, setting boundaries, since “that was his excuse” but recently he’s been asking me if he could smoke again and i made it clear im uncomfortable with it but he can do what he wants but today he asked me again saying itll help with his anxiety. am i in the wrong for not wanting him to smoke?
