Fishy spouse

My childs dad and I broke up for about 10 months, and we just recently got back together but he’s been living with me for almost a year now. We have a good relationship but there’s just somethings that are so fishy... like I had to beg him to unblock me from facebook, he said he won’t add a relationship with me “because we are not at that step” he told me who needs to know, knows. I told a guy at his job because he works for a casino that I’m his girlfriend and he got mad at it and said I don’t need to be telling people at his job “because I hurt him in the past and they know about it” I asked him to post pictures of us on snap he saids I never post anything... whenever he’s on snapchat he will hide his phone when he takes the picture and You can see his best friends list he will turn his phone the other way... I asked tonight to use his phone because mine was dead to turn on my childs tv and he literally got up and turned it on wouldn’t give me his phone to even do that... and to add to it he won’t sleep with me in the same bed only the weekends because he gets to hot... I don’t know it just sounds so fishy
