How much can you pump?

How much can you pump out of each breast at one time? I can usually pump 2-2 1/2 ounces at one time. Is that a good supply? I only pump at night to get a bottle for my husband to feed our daughter but it’s hard to tell if I am pumping enough for her.

I pump right before bed at 8pm so my husband can do a dream feed at 10pm to give me some more sleep and get about 2.5 oz each side. Sometimes I pump in the morning to have some extra in the fridge as morning is when you make the most I've heard and I get anywhere from 2-4 oz each side. I've heard that pumping isn't a good indication of how much milk your LO gets when breastfeeding though - weight gain and the number of wet diapers tells you if they are getting enough.

I’ve been exclusively pumping since day 3, but I’m down to only pumping 4 x day for 25-30 minutes each time. First pump of the day I get 12-17 oz total which is my most and the last pump of the day I get 8-11 oz total. I usually make between 45-50 oz a day now.

I exclusively pump. I get 8oz out of each side in the morning. Then I pump every 4-5 hours and get around 4oz out of each side during each session.

I’m pumping 1x between 9pm - 7am. And that pump is usually at 4 am. I get usually 11 to 13 ounces total

4-5oz is great for a feeding! I would say I’m the same 2-2.5oz per boob unless I pump in the morning, LO sleeps through the night so my morning pump is usually between 3-5oz per boob
