Anyone else have crazy anxiety with pregnancy? Just so worried about everything

I was the most relaxed I have ever been when I was pregnant. I have had anxiety issues in the past but I felt sooo calm when I was pregnant. I did weekly acupuncture treatments and I really think that helped me remain in a good space. Maybe you can look into acupuncture 😉👍🏻

Yup. The worrying doesn’t stop once the baby is born though. New things to worry about 🙈 I feel like we’re always going to be worrying about our babes through all stages of their lives.

Yup! It only gets better once You feel kicking but never completely goes away

Yes. Always worried about her heart stopping/stillborn or being born too early ect and not surviving. It’s the worst, anxiety is awful during pregnancy.
