When milk comes in?!?

Question?!? I'm 21 weeks with my second and I was wondering what happens when your milk comes in?  I've heard it can come in sooner with the second, and you can actually leak. My girlfriend apparently produced enough to start pumping while still pregnant. Has this happened to anyone?  And wouldn't that put you at risk of pre term labor?  Thanks ladies 😊

I started leaking colostrum around 19 weeks...but I was told by my OB not to pump or to try to hand express (even though it does give me some relief) because nipple stimulation is the one thing that has some evidence of bringing on labor. I don't think that if you don't, you won't be able to breastfeed (not sure if that's something you worry about), but my OB seemed relieved that since I do want to breastfeed, I will be able to.
