CD9 is this correct? Irregular cycles

I have irregular cycles lasting from 33-60 the most and my average is 39-40, I had a Period for 3 4 days and I'm currently on CD9 I started taking my opks today and I'm wondering is this correct? A app is telling me that I'm high for ovulation already.. but glow is saying negative
