He's not a long haired dog but he does seem to be double coated. It's still winter here but he's already so hot at night. I've taken away his winter blanket, taken away the tent, and have opened a window at night but it doesn't seem to be enough. It's still quite cold at night for us and our other pets (they all still sleep under two blankets) and I don't particularly want the rest of us (two humans, three other dogs and our one cat who sleeps under the blanket) to freeze just for him, nor do I want him to get too hot. What else can I do for him for now, just until it gets warm enough for everyone else to benefit from a colder environment?
