I have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning but I’m a bit concerned?

I have been having intense Braxton Hicks all evening. Probably 2-3 an hour. I took a long bath and have been drinking tons of water/laying down but they aren’t letting up! No bleeding or super painful cramps just very tight and lots of pressure almost making it hard to breathe. My baby is also being VERY active. I am a little over 25 weeks. Anyone else feeling the same? My first two pregnancies were not this intense, although I did go into preterm labor at 33 weeks with my second daughter.
