Confused

I’ve had the kyleena iud for about a year now, I previously had skyla for 3 years. I haven’t had any issues with either and although they have made my periods much lighter I still always had one regularly. This month my period never came and I’m now 13 days late. I took two pregnancy tests which were both negative but lately I’ve been exhausted, my nipples are sore, and I’m having abdominal pain by my ovaries. Any ideas on what could be happening? *I do have a physical next week so I’ll ask them to do another test then*
