First signs of preeclampsia ?

What were your first signs?
I’ve had it twice but I’m worried I’m over reacting this time around. 
Headache today that no meds would take away and swelling in my hands and feet. I’ve had swelling but today is just a bit worse. 
Blood pressure is fine

I had preeclampsia and I lost my first born. I didn't notice anything until it was too late. I woke up and seen floaters, black specks. Then throughout the day I started having a stomach pain upper region under breast. By the time evening came I couldn't take it and went to hospital. Once there I got the news and my bp was dangerously high. When I look back at pictures I can see the weight gain and I was so swollen on my hands, feet and face. If you are having headaches that won't go away with medicine and you are swelling I would just call the doctor and they can check your BP and see if you have protein in your urine.   That is another thing that needs to be checked. They will also check in on baby and see how baby is doing. Don't waste time, better to be safe. I will be praying for you, and  I hope everything is ok!
