9w1d and symptoms disappeared 😰

I had a missed miscarriage 2 years ago. My symptoms were minimal with this pregnancy ever since I found out. I had constant nausea since 5w6d but never actually got sick. Bad heartburn last week. Always fatigued. Now it’s like my symptoms disappeared overnight. Is it normal? 😓
