So, I’m 30 weeks and I am so constipated. I’ve been taking stool softeners the last couple days, but it hasn’t helped at all. TMI, but I am using the bathroom every day, but it is so hard and isn’t much at all, so I constantly feel pressure like I have to go poop. I also bleed from my rectum because it’s so hard.

When I had my daughter, I took some laxatives because I was constipated as well, and that worked but I also went into labor after the medicine started working, at 37 weeks, so I’m a little nervous to take laxatives now, even though I’m not as close to my due date as I was then.

Any recommendations? At this point, I may just go buy an enema. 😩
