Is this normal?

I’m 19 weeks today. All morning my lower stomach has been cramping. Like feels like I need to use bathroom(which I have) but it’s feels constant. And my stomach feels tighter when I breathe

I’d like to say that’s normal because it happened with me (but of course I’m no doctor). But it started with me around 19-20 weeks and my doctor just told me that it’s just my body and insides moving around to make room and since she is primarily around the lower stomach area at that time, I’d cramp more because of my uterus growing!

Is this normal?
