If you had a toaster oven would you still buy a toaster?

my boyfriend and I are having a debate. 
I want a toaster, but he thinks it’s pointless since we already have a toaster oven.

Lol I’ve had this debate too but my toaster oven does it all perfectly so I’m happy to save the counter space and have just one appliance rather than two!

No they're the same except a toaster oven can do more. I actually prefer it over using a regular toaster for toast and buns

I’m weird I feel like I need all appliances 😂😂 like I told my fiancé I wanted a coffee maker & a keurig and he was like uhhh why? My only response is “keurigs do Hot Chocolate, Tea & Coffee!!” It didn’t go very well I had to pick one or the other 😂😂😭😭

Growing up we had both I never put like toast or bagels in the toast oven it just felt weird to me 😂 so I would need both. We currently only have a normal toaster but I’d like to get a toaster oven in the future!

Tell him “So lets get rid of the sink since we have a dishwasher” lol toaster would be faster than the toaster oven and would require less power. Similar to a sink and dishwasher, you may need to wash a dish or two without having to power on the dishwasher. Sometimes you need to get something done fast.

If it were the other way around, maybe. Like if I had a toaster but no toaster oven. But buying a toaster when you have a toaster oven seems redundant

I just turn the oven to broil to toast whatever, so I wouldn't buy either
