Pelvic bone?

Anyone feel like it hurts to even walk and i think its my pelvic bone hurts so bad? 32 weeks today and man does it hurt real low. 😫

Absolutely. I’m 31 weeks and just looked up the cause. Possibly Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction. It is a misalignment of the pubic bone because pregnancy allows those bones to become loose and shift. I’ve been having a lot of trouble getting around and doing daily activities because the pain is so bad. I really can’t pick up my 1 year old without being in pain.

Yeap I’m 34 😫 no idea wats going on in there. Baby seem to just be chillin on pelvic bone. Hurts like hell but she’s healthy

Yep! I’ve been referred to physio and given a support belt as they think it’s SPD
