Red bump on soles of feet

I have a 3 year old. She won’t sit still so I can take a picture. But for the last 2 days she has bumps on the bottoms of feet that are itchy. At first I thought she had a couple of mosquito bites but then realized it’s on both feet but only on the parts that touch the floor, not on her toes or arch or top of her foot, basically the ball of her foot, side, and heel. And it looks the same on both feet. I also noticed today she has little tiny pimple like bumps on her thumb. And a few little bumps low on the small of her back right above her bottom. Any idea what this could be? I looked up hand, foot, mouth disease but it doesn’t look anything like that. More like small mosquitos bites.

If it is hand, foot, mouth disease do I need to take her to the doctor? Any home treatments I can do? She hasn’t had a fever. How contagious is this bc I also have a 1 yr old, anything I can catch?
