My friend don’t take the help

So my best friend is going thru ALOT with her husband.

He cheated on her to many times so they are trying separate he has a new gf already but tends to keep my friend in check he set up cameras around there house inside and out even recording her while she sleeps 🤢 he’s discussing I told her to divorce him she hasn’t had time so she says yet he always talks down on her calls her a whore or other names if she wears leggings or shorts yet he’s always spending days or nights with his new gf that’s why he records her so she won’t have men over 🙄 she’s having a lot of trouble finding an apartment since her job pays CASH all the places want to see check stubs she can’t apply for welfare since she’s still married her husband makes good income too . I told her to divorce him so she can get some kind of help I even offered to help her get an apartment my family owns apartments but she said no because it’s to far from her job I even offered to watch her son for her while she’s at work she wants to move to the town I live in I live 25 mins away from her yet she doesn’t want the apartment I’m trying help her get because she thinks a 20 min drive to work is to hard yet she can’t find no places in her town they all want to see check stubs I even made a deal with my family to let her pay her rent half and half so she won’t pay the full amount and be broke yet she choses to stay in her place she’s at being mentally abused by her husband 🙄 it’s a problem for me because she calls me crying and saying she can’t find a place and he is mean to her and treats her horrible what should I do
