Is your LO asking ‘wh’ questions?

I saw a post on Instagram saying that 90% of 2 year olds can ask ‘wh’ questions (where, what, who, when, why questions eg What’s for dinner? Where’s teddy? Etc.). I’m not sure if the accuracy of this but my son is nowhere near being able to do this yet. I’m wondering if any of your LO’s are?

2 year olds as in 24 months? That seems early. My son definitely can't but I don't feel he's behind at all.

My LO says “what’s that” or “who’s that”

My girl new thing is answering to my question Do you like that? : no no like that 
She will say : hold hand car coming, mummy hold me, I want water... Or whatever she wants.
If I ask her what do you want she will stop from crying and she will tell my as much as she can what she wants. 
She is getting pretty good at repeating everything I say.

A fair bit. “Where” and “what” a lot, “who” sometimes, “when” and “why” not yet.

The closest sarah has gotten is shell say "papa go?" When my husband isn't around and when she asked her tone tells me she's asking where he went, but she doesn't say the words you listed.

Remember that 2 encompasses a 12 month span of learning. I’m guessing those kids are on the far end of 2. My dude is pretty smart but I don’t think he’s near that. He can say “where is it?” and “what” after I holler at him but that’s about it.

My son has trouble pronouncing the majority of his words, but recently if he hides behind a blanket or hides a small toy, he tries to say “where’d it/I go?”

No we’re just now starting 2 words together. Her newest being “I not” 😂 when she doesn’t want to do something. Some others have been
“I push dada” “dada push” (on the swing)
“Call dada, papa, grandma”
“Hug babies, mama, dada, dodo”
“No dodo” - to the dog 
“Come dodo” 
“More please”
She says “thank you” and “bless you” now too☺️
