Postpartum weight loss?

Anybody have tips and tricks to lose the baby weight postpartum? Or some things you did to not gain so much weight during your pregnancy? With my 1st daughter i started out at 130 I gained 60 pounds (I know that’s a lot right?) which led me at 190 by the time I went into labor. Now I weigh 170 but 4 1/2 months postpartum I got pregnant again (no it definitely wasn’t planned to have my children that close together the birth control didn’t work) So because I’ll be getting my tubes tied after this baby. I do not want to gain a ton of weight during this pregnancy. I also want to lose all of this nightmare of baby fat after baby #2. I’d like to get back to 130 lbs but after two babies I don’t think that’s possible since I’ve gained weight everywhere.šŸ˜‚
