I don't understand why when hr does a pre-screening interview and you are selected to advance the next level then you have interview with 2 managers but you can tell they have not reviewed your resume in advance and hardly ask any job related questions. After you suddenly get a rejection email from hr. Why did they even bother to waste their time and mine 😒
