I had my first ultrasound today!!

I went this morning for my first ultrasound with baby bean and the tech said everything looked perfect! Later my gynecologist called and said I have a tiny hematoma between the placenta and my uterus. They placed me on pelvic rest and I can’t lift more then 15lbs or stain myself. And they would check it again at my anatomy scan. Has any other mommas dealt with something like this? I’m terrified something will happen 😭 my husband and I have been trying for this baby for 6 years now and I couldn’t imagine something happening😭
